ABSOLUTELY Amazing Stay!

huge room swim-up bars beachfront location

OMG, the room was HUGE and the balcony overlooked the pool. SUCH A TREAT. The resort boasts two pools with swim-up bars! The beachfront location offered amazing sunsets. Renting a bike made exploring SO EASY.

The on-site restaurant HAS delicious food with fast service AND provides fine beach views. The diverse menu serviced included both local and international cuisine. many vegetarian options were available to choose.

The staff were genuinely the nicest people I met during my time in Indonesia. SO friendly. Welcome drinks waited as I got out of the carriage, and all services (room service and extra towels etc) seemed FAST.

customizable options fruit bowl

the STAFF is amazing. they cannot do enough for you! lots of options were available for breakfast. they were happy for you to customize the options. the breakfast had a bowl of fruit, juice, tea, coffee and pastries.

the pool was sometimes VERY sharp. this was a risk. there is urgent need for action.

some Disappointments DURING the stay

expensive bike room cleaning

I had some issues . i had to request a room cleaning which i found odd. also, the bike rental was expensive. It was more than other places nearby. the bike was not well maintained either.

serene getaway with great staff

fresh juice main course welcome drinks fast service

the breakfast upstairs featured tea, coffee , fresh juice , and a main course selection. a complimentary pastry was a nice touch. the staff were kind and helpful , and they seemed to care about my experience. welcome drinks were offered upon arrival , and services such as room service were fast.

i noticed the pool had some sharp edges , which posed a slight safety risk.

the hotel sits near the beach, and i found multiple chairs ready for sunset views. several restaurants and bars are located close to the hotel. it's a quieter area of the island.

the resort features two pools , both are lovely. everything felt pristine , probably because it's a newer hotel. the setting and beachfront area feature chairs ready for sunset viewing.
